JOTT to open their first UK store in Marylebone Village
Ongoing interest from fashion retailers demonstrates the continuing appeal of this prime London location.
The Howard de Walden Estate today announces that French fashion brand JOTT is to open in Marylebone Village in the autumn, which follows the recent opening of O Pioneers in Marylebone Lane. Renowned restaurant St JOHN Marylebone will also be opening its doors in September, closely followed by WatchHouse.
Fifty percent of the new openings in the last 12 months are for brands opening their first permanent UK stores, proving Marylebone Village’s continuing appeal to both UK and International brands.
JOTT, the French premium brand leader in outerwear with its iconic colorful down jackets, is to open its first British store at 103 Marylebone High Street covering 1,140 sq ft of space in the autumn.
O Pioneers, an independent ‘London born and bred’ ‘slow-fashion’ label has launched its first permanent store, taking 850 sq ft of space at 76 Marylebone Lane. Founded in North London by two working mums, the store stocks one-of-a-kind, high-quality clothes.
St. JOHN Marylebone will open its doors early this September at 98 Marylebone Lane. Spread across 1,200 sq ft, service will run from breakfast through to dinner alongside a carefully curated wine list.
WatchHouse are set to open their latest Modern Coffee house at 32 New Cavendish over two floors covering 2,300 sq ft. Their ethos unites community, product, design, and experience.
