Re:Cognition Health increases space in Howard de Walden’s Harley Street Health District

The Howard de Walden Estate (HdWE) is pleased to announce that Re:Cognition Health has signed a new 20 year lease for 62-64 New Cavendish Street.

Re:Cognition Health’s (RCH) UK and USA pioneering brain and mind clinics specialise in diagnosis, treatment, and care of people with neurodevelopmental, traumatic, neurodegenerative  conditions;  mental illness and mental health concerns. RCH’s team of experts work collaboratively to provide an early and accurate diagnosis and world-class care with access to the best and novel treatments and management strategies.

Operating out of three sites across Marylebone for the last 12 years, this move brings all Re:Cognition Health’s London in services under one roof across 7,765 sq ft, marking a significant moment in its journey.

The new RCH centre at New Cavendish Street has undergone an impressive transformation, following extensive investment to create an extremely impressive healthcare facility, with state-of-art eco-lighting designed to enhance patient wellbeing and comfort, and to establish a productive and pleasant environment fit for today’s increasingly discerning clientele and their and RCH’s future healthcare expectations and demands.

HdWE announced the re-launch of the Harley Street Health District in October with a renewed focus on health and innovation in response to changing patient needs and industry shifts.

Mark Kildea, Chief Executive Officer at The Howard de Walden Estate, said:

“We are delighted to accommodate Re:Cognition Health’s expansion in Harley Street Health District. Re:Cognition already operates a highly regarded medical facility on our estate, and it was important that we help them with the next stage of their growth. The Howard de Walden team has enjoyed working with the Re:Cognition team in the delivery of its new healthcare facility, which will provide an unparalleled offering to its patients.

“With a focus on preventative health, cognitive impairment and mental wellbeing, Re:Cognition Health’s model of care is hugely aligned to our evolving healthcare strategy – as we aim to be a world leading location for whole health and innovation.”

Dustin Reibe at Re:Cognition Health added:

“Having operated in the Harley Street Health District for more than a decade, it was only right that we found a new, long-term home in this esteemed and well-connected destination.

“Working closely with the team at Howard de Walden, we have completed an extensive refurbishment to allow our patients to navigate their treatments through purpose-built zones, ensuring a streamlined and personalised healthcare experience.”
